Purchased the trike to travel around our senior community. It came without a manual, a problem easily rectified by an email to Massimo Motors. The trike is very sturdy and arrived fully assembled. The only issues are a parking brake that is very difficult to disengage, so we don't even use it. (This is possible in flat Florida, but would be an issue elsewhere.) And a touchy throttle, which is taking some time to get used to. It travels plenty fast enough and has a horn and lights. Altogether a good purchase, especially since we got ours for half price.
