My order was delivered to my local TSC within 2 weeks of ordering. I bought two of these because riding is more fun with a friend. They showed up on the same pallet crated in a cardboard box with a thin steel crate frame. The crate frames were a bit damaged but appear to have protected the bikes. The boxes are really big and I only had my suburban to bring them home in. I was so thrilled they both fit in the back. I did have to pull the back seat and move it all the way forward but they both fit. Unloading was a challenge but was able to do this with my tough wife.<br><br>✔ Yes, I recommend this product.

I have had this bike now for a few days and so far it meets my expectations. The bike is a little slow so do not expect to be able to fly down the road on it.
