How Technical support should work after purchase!

I purchased the T-Boss 410 a year ago. I found the charging system was not working. I called Massimo customer service and spoke with a very knowledgeable gentleman (Raul M) who took ownership of my problem immediately, with a complete analysis of my issue with an offer of assistance . This experience was as good as I could hope for. My complements to Raul M. and the entire product support group for there personal attention to my issues. It is a wonderful experience to be able to speak with real knowledgeable persons when you need help. I personally would give six stars if I could. Many thanks to all at Massimo.
