E11 Electric Balance Bike

If I could give a 0 I would. Customeslr service is terrible. We bought two bikes, this one came with the wrong parts therefore unable to assemble doesn't last nearly as long as they say maybe 10 minute ofactivity. Second bike we bought doesn't charge bikes are trash and absolutely not worth the money .

I bought 2 of these bikes for my son. One of them have something wrong with the brake it locks up when he puts his brake on. I just bought these in August 2022 and the tire is getting ready to blow out already ( In October). The other bike it fine. Hope they can get this fixed.
